The Forktree Project offers bespoke programs for students from Year 5 to Year 12, as well as tertiary learners.

We know every school is different, so we design each program to align with curriculum or service learning goals and wellbeing priorities. At the heart of every program is the core philosophy of experiential education: that learning by doing - engaging with real-world challenges and solutions - is not only powerful, it's transformative.

Enhancing the Learning Experience

All our programs include pre-visit workshops and comprehensive digital resources—classroom worksheets, activities and fact sheets—to extend the learning journey. These tools support students before and after their visits, help maintain an ongoing connection to The Forktree Project, and share Forktree's philosophy to inspire students in their own environmental projects.

Program Options

We'll work with you to design a program that fits your students best. While repeat visits deliver the greatest impact—building learning, confidence, and wellbeing—we understand how busy school schedules can be.

Schools can choose from the following:

• Multi-Visit Programs – Two or more visits to Forktree across the seasons for deeper learning and connection.
• Overnight Camps – Extended experiential education activities on site plus camping under the stars for an even greater sense of achievement and connection to nature.
• Single Visit Programs – A single day of hands-on environmental and sustainability learning.
• Online Only Programs – For schools which are unable to bring their students to The Forktree Project, fully online programs enabling students to engage remotely with the Forktree story to inspire their own environmental projects.
